Not for us to act as Kashmir mediator: UK

UK parliamentary under-secretary Hamish Falconer has stated that the UK will not prescribe a solution for the Kashmir issue, emphasising that it should be resolved by India and Pakistan. He acknowledged human rights concerns in both India-administered and Pakistan-administered Kashmir.
